Our Values

Valuing differences when assessing the needs of vocational learning trainees

Many of our learners come to us as 'wannabee' learning professionals. They come from a variety of backgrounds including Health and Social Care, Construction, Engineering, Retail, Hospitality and Catering etc. Most have a great passion for their industry and are keen to raise the bar in their own sector and pass on their skills and knowledge to others working in their industry- they want to give something back. This is important to us and we are equally keen to also give something back and help people who want a second chance to gain a qualification which will help their own personal development.

On another note we have chosen the Microloan Foundation (see link page)as our adopted charity, a UK-based microfinance charity providing small loans, business training, and continuing guidance to groups of women in sub-Saharan Africa and will be planning ways to support them through some of our activities in the coming months.

Customer Impact

You can be sure that we work hard at making sure that what we are giving back to you is up to date. We access all available Labour Market Information through membership of local Chambers of Commerce, Sector Skills Councils and attending City&Guilds subject specific training events. Our Director sits on the Lifelong Learning UK work based constituency panel.
